Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I hit a plan limit?

Each plan has usage limits for active clients, daily emails, and active reminders. If you reach a limit, that specific action is paused, but everything else keeps running normally. You can free up space by archiving paid clients or upgrading to a higher plan.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, save 17% with annual billing (equivalent to 2 months free). Annual plans are available at checkout for all paid tiers: Solo ($290/yr), Growth ($590/yr), and Studio ($1,090/yr).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Your payment information is stored securely and never touches our servers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No hidden fees, no questions asked.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Nüdge Theory isn't working for you, email us at hello@nudgetheory.app within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
